Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Senior Product Designer
Designing a comprehensive data platform that consolidates patients' clinical history, streamlining the clinical trials data entry process.
Oversaw the design of the hospital’s flagship patient portal app, serving a user base of 150,000 patients and caregivers.
Pioneered the development of the Health Consumer Platform’s first user feedback repository. Established a taxonomy and analysis pipeline that was adopted by three products. The repository successfully aggregated and analyzed over 7,000 user feedback and influenced the roadmap.
Formulated and promoted key UX performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure user-centric design practices. Collaborated closely with the UX researcher to diversify user recruitment channels and uphold a user-focused approach throughout the organization.
Introduced and managed the first internship program for the UX team, responsible for the recruitment and mentorship of UX interns. Led a three-month project on improving a social media app for adolescents and young adult cancer patients.

Co-founded a community-based journaling app available in iOS and Android platforms. Responsible of product strategy, marketing, and design. Achieved remarkable success in growing the user base to over 7,000 registered users, fostering a vibrant space for recording thoughts and building writing habits.

Tempus Product Designer
Conceptualized an innovative analytics tool designed to visualize and categorize patients' clinical and molecular data. Collaborated with the Chief Medical Officer, Data Science, and Legal to conceive, build, and deliver the solution to researchers and oncologists. Patent application on file.
Designed a laboratory information management system from the ground up to support a large-scale COVID testing process in two and a half months from inception to launch. Successfully delivered a highly scalable web application, enabling the processing of over 15,000 tests daily.
Spearheaded a D&I initiative within the Design team, championing the retention and recruitment of diverse talent to foster a more inclusive work environment.

Naver Product Design Intern
Redesigned Light Home, a lightweight version of Naver's mobile home page where users make over 3 million search queries every day. Designed and prototyped an improved personalization feature.

Capital One Product Design Intern
Worked with design strategists, product, and engineers to expand Capital One’s local presence. Designed and built an interactive prototype for a web and tablet-based microsite.
